Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Take the opportunity to make a difference in students' lives by providing specialized speech-language pathology services in a flexible contract role based near Charlestown, NH. This position is ideal for a skilled SLP-CCC with passion for school-based therapy—especially supporting students with selective mutism. You'll serve a small caseload and play a vital part in helping each student achieve their communication goals within their educational setting.
Desired Qualifications:
Active New Hampshire Speech-Language Pathologist licensure (CCC) Proven experience providing therapy to school-age students, with a focus on selective mutism Familiarity with school documentation requirements and IEP process Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage time efficiently in a one-day-per-week schedule
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct SLP services to three students as outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions, progress, and student outcomes Participate in relevant meetings with educators, families, and support staff Offer guidance and resources to support generalization of communication skills within the school environment
Role Details:
Contract runs ASAP through June 21, 2027 Work 8 hours per week (one dedicated day) Manage a caseload of three students Time allotted for therapy, documentation, and meeting participation Step into a fulfilling position that allows for meaningful, focused work and the chance to see direct impact.
