Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist! This role centers around providing impactful services to a small group of students in a school-based environment for the 2026-2027 school year. You'll deliver specialized speech therapy and collaborate with educators and families, making a significant difference in each child's educational experience.
Key Qualifications:
Current New Hampshire SLP licensure required Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Prior experience in school-based settings Demonstrated skill working with students diagnosed with selective mutism Strong organizational skills, with the ability to maintain clear, confidential documentation Effective communication with students, families, and school teams
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language services to a caseload of three students in alignment with individualized education plans (IEPs) Complete approximately six hours of student-focused intervention weekly, plus administrative documentation and participation in meetings Utilize one full workday per week (8 hours) to fulfill all service, documentation, and collaboration requirements Design and implement strategies to support students' communication needs, fostering their progress within the school environment Collaborate closely with educators, multidisciplinary team members, and parents/guardians to optimize student outcomes The contract begins as soon as possible and extends through June 21, 2027, providing flexibility with an 8-hour per week schedule.
