Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid state license to practice as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain) Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Comfortable integrating technology for virtual SLP services Ability to work effectively alongside other Allied Education (AE) professionals
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to diverse needs Provide direct SLP services in classroom, small group, and virtual (Voco) settings Participate in IEP meetings, maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Use instructional tools and digital resources to facilitate engaging therapy sessions
