Job Description

Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Current or eligible New Jersey state license Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred; exceptional CFY candidates will also be considered Experience in pediatric and school-based settings beneficial Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for students in diverse elementary and secondary school populations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, tailored to student needs and educational goals Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating on goal-setting and progress monitoring Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions—both individual and group formats Maintain thorough records of evaluation results, session notes, and progress reports in compliance with school guidelines Consult with educational staff and caregivers to support carryover of communication strategies in classroom and home environments Engage in a dynamic workday, expand your clinical skillset, and positively impact children's communication abilities.
