Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a valued school-based role supporting elementary students as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). This opportunity is ideal for SLPs with CCC credentials who can make a meaningful impact over a short-term assignment from ASAP through November 20th. You'll work two days per week in a vibrant learning environment, providing direct services and collaborating with dedicated educators to help young learners thrive.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Valid state licensure or eligibility for school-based SLP work Previous experience in a school environment, particularly at the elementary level Strong communication and teamwork skills Comfortable managing a varied caseload and adapting to the needs of young students
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver speech-language therapy and support to elementary students, both individually and in small groups Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' academic goals Conduct assessments, report on progress, and maintain required documentation Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families Utilize evidence-based interventions to address speech, language, and communication needs Provide resources, recommendations, and guidance to colleagues and caregivers
