Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Holds current or eligibility for SLP licensure in New Jersey ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome to apply Experience or a keen interest in pediatrics and school-based service delivery Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills Passion for fostering growth in children with diverse speech and language needs
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and implement individualized education plans in collaboration with the IEP team Track progress, document services provided, and adjust therapeutic approaches as necessary Engage in consultation with teachers and parents to support each student's growth and success Adapt therapeutic strategies to meet the unique and evolving needs of the caseload (case details forthcoming) If you're ready to support students and collaborate within a committed school community during this pivotal time of year, this contract assignment may be a great fit.
