The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing speech therapy services to patients across various settings, including schools, outpatient clinics, and acute care facilities.
Responsibilities :
Conduct patient assessments to determine speech and language disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide speech therapy services to patients of all ages Perform standardized testing to evaluate speech and language abilities Collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Engage in case management to ensure continuity of care
Requirements:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology State licensure or eligibility for licensure Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy Experience in conducting standardized testing Ability to work with patients in various settings such as schools, outpatient clinics, and acute care facilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Prior experience in patient assessment and case management is preferred
