Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist Independent Contractor - After School Hours At Little Light Speech Therapy , we believe every child deserves to feel heard, understood, and empowered. As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking a compassionate, motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (Independent Contractor) to provide after-school services in our warm and supportive pediatric clinic. This position is ideal for a clinician looking to build or expand an after-school caseload while delivering meaningful, relationship-based speech therapy services. Our practice focuses on pediatrics and early intervention within a collaborative, heart-centered environment. Position Details Independent Contractor (1099) After School / Late Afternoon & Early Evening Hours Opportunity to build a consistent caseload In-office sessions in a bright, child-centered therapy space Administrative and referral support provided What You'll Do Conduct speech, language, and feeding/swallowing evaluations Develop individualized, play-based, evidence-informed treatment plans Provide engaging, child-led therapy sessions that foster confidence and communication growth Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and related professionals Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans thoughtfully Educate and empower families with practical home strategies Maintain timely and accurate documentation Grow professionally and contribute positively to a collaborative team culture Who We're Looking For NJ Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (required) Experience working with pediatric populations Strong foundation in speech sound disorders and language development Knowledge of pediatric feeding/oral-motor therapy (preferred but not required) Familiarity with early intervention practices Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment A compassionate, child-centered clinician who truly loves helping little ones shine Why Little Light?
