Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology ASHA certification (CF or CCC's) Experience with school-aged children and pediatric caseloads preferred Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Adaptable and collaborative approach within multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on students' needs and IEPs Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to ensure a holistic approach to student care Offer training and support to school personnel and families regarding communication strategies Engage students in engaging activities to foster communication, social, and academic growth
