Desired Experience and Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility Valid state licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start date) Experience working with pediatric populations within elementary and/or early childhood settings preferred Familiarity with IEP processes, multidisciplinary collaboration, and progress monitoring Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language services to a diverse caseload of K12 students Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment and intervention plans Write and monitor student progress toward IEP speech-language goals Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to maximize student support Participate in IEP, eligibility, and team meetings Create an inclusive, supportive learning environment
