This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, clinic-based environment serving children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, apraxia of speech, developmental delays, and other communication disorders. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing high-quality, evidence-based therapy while partnering with families and other clinicians to help children reach their full potential. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations. Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's unique needs. Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy to pediatric clients. Collaborate with BCBAs, occupational therapists, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. Educate and support caregivers to promote skill development outside of therapy sessions. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation. Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders. Current New Jersey Speech-Language Pathologist license (or eligibility for licensure). Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply if supervision is available. Experience working with pediatric clients is preferred. Knowledge of evidence-based assessment and intervention techniques. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
