This is a great opportunity for a licensed SLP looking to add private-practice hours without committing to a full-time caseload . Start with a manageable number of pediatric clients based on your availability, with the opportunity to add additional clients as our practice continues to grow. This position may be especially appealing to a school-based SLP or pediatric clinician looking for supplemental income and consistent private-practice hours. Position Highlights $80.00 per hour Flexible, part-time caseload 30-minute pediatric therapy sessions Start with a small caseload based on your availability Opportunity to add clients as additional referrals become available Administrative and scheduling support In-person services at our Scotch Plains, NJ location Opportunity to grow with an expanding pediatric private practice What You'll Do Provide individualized speech and language evaluation and treatment to pediatric clients with communication needs that may include: Articulation and speech sound disorders Phonological disorders Expressive and receptive language delays Fluency and stuttering Social communication and pragmatic language needs Other pediatric speech and language disorders Responsibilities include providing direct speech therapy, conducting evaluations as needed, developing individualized treatment goals, completing clinical documentation, monitoring client progress, and communicating with parents and caregivers. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Pediatric speech therapy experience preferred Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Dependable, professional, and comfortable working independently Passion for working with children and families Flexible Part-Time Opportunity We understand that many SLPs are balancing school-based positions, clinical work, private practice, or family responsibilities.
