55/hour | PRN We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a PRN opportunity at Autumn Lake at Union.
This flexible position is ideal for an SLP who enjoys helping residents strengthen communication, cognitive skills, and swallowing function while working as part of a collaborative rehabilitation team. What You'll Do Evaluate residents for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing needs Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and resident goals Provide skilled interventions addressing communication, cognition, and dysphagia Monitor resident progress and modify treatment approaches when appropriate Educate residents, families, and caregivers on communication and safe swallowing strategies Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Coordinate care with nursing, therapy staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary team What We Offer $50
