Job Description

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full-Time The Subacute at Autumn Lake | Voorhees, NJ $43-$46/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join the rehabilitation team at The Subacute at Autumn Lake. This full-time opportunity is ideal for an SLP who enjoys helping residents strengthen communication, cognitive, and swallowing abilities while working alongside an experienced interdisciplinary care team. What You'll Do Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and functional goals Provide skilled therapy addressing communication, cognition, and dysphagia Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed Educate residents, families, and caregivers on strategies to support continued progress Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with PT, OT, nursing, physicians, and other members of the care team What We Offer $43-$46/hour Full-time position Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off and holiday pay Continuing education support Collaborative rehabilitation team Short-term rehabilitation and long-term care caseload Opportunities for professional growth Qualifications Active New Jersey Speech-Language Pathologist license required Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Skilled nursing or post-acute rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required New graduate SLPs are welcome to apply If you're an SLP looking to make a meaningful impact on residents' communication, swallowing, and overall quality of life, we'd love to hear from you.
