School Speech Language Pathologist - Lake Arthur, New Mexico

Job Description

Qualifications and Experience:
Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist is required Experience supporting school-aged children, preferably within a school setting Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapy-planning abilities Collaborator who thrives in multidisciplinary teams Proficiency in both traditional and remote therapy platforms (for remote/hybrid roles) Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and provide speech and language therapy services to students Develop and implement targeted treatment plans Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress reports Work closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to maximize student outcomes Maintain accurate documentation and track progress Adapt therapy modalities for in-person, hybrid, or fully remote environments Why Consider This Role?
