Job Description

Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an SLP Prior experience working in pediatrics or school-based settings a plus Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills Effective communicator with students, families, and educational staff Flexibility and adaptability—ideal for travel candidates
Daily Responsibilities:
Provide screening, evaluations, and therapy services for students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Monitor student progress, documenting outcomes and adjusting therapeutic interventions as needed Deliver targeted interventions in individual and group settings Contribute to multidisciplinary meetings, offering expertise on speech-language development and best practices Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation for all services rendered
