Job Description

Category Therapy - Skilled - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a fulfilling contract opportunity supporting students in a K-6 setting near Auburn, NY. This full-time speech-language pathology position offers the chance to make a meaningful difference with a manageable caseload of 25-30 students, ages 5-12. You'll work closely with a collaborative, supportive team from 8:15 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, providing essential therapy services to elementary learners. Ideal candidates are either fully credentialed SLP-CCCs or Clinical Fellows seeking valuable school-based experience. Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current or eligible state license in Speech-Language Pathology SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates encouraged to apply Experience working with school-aged children preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to effectively manage a caseload of 25-30 students Commitment to student progress and individualized support
Responsibilities:
Provide direct therapy services to K-6 students with diverse communication needs Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with school and legal requirements Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school-wide initiatives This position offers excellent pay alongside comprehensive benefits and full-time employment.
