Job Description

Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current or eligible state licensure and
ASHA CCC-SLP
certification Experience in a school-based setting is highly valued Strong organizational and communication abilities Comfort with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and progress documentation Collaborative mindset for working alongside teachers, counselors, and parents
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders among students Develop and implement effective, individualized treatment plans Deliver therapy sessions in both group and one-on-one formats Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute insights for student plans Maintain accurate records, monitor student progress, and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders Support teachers and provide guidance on strategies for enhancing classroom communication Participate in IEP meetings and ensure compliance with state and federal education laws Working as a school-based SLP in this contract role offers the ability to impact students futures while enjoying a dynamic educational environment.
