Additional school-based and home-based opportunities are available throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties, allowing you to build a caseload based on your availability, preferred travel radius, and professional goals. Compensation & Perks $50-$90 per hour, based on experience and credentials Flexible caseload options, ranging from a few sessions per week to a full-time schedule Ability to select cases based on your preferred locations and availability Free ASHA CEUs and ongoing professional development opportunities Paperless documentation system Administrative support with onboarding, billing, scheduling, and case coordination Referral bonus program What You'll Do Provide speech and language therapy to students in a school-based setting Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with students' IEP goals and individual needs Conduct evaluations and monitor measurable student progress Collaborate with teachers, families, caregivers, and educational teams Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with New York State requirements Participate in team collaboration and case consultation as needed Requirements Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology New York State Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility TSSLD required Must reside in Nassau County, Suffolk County, or Eastern Queens Reliable transportation Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills Schedule Options Current school-based case in Freeport during daytime school hours Part-time, full-time, and per diem opportunities Additional cases available throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties Why Blue Sea?
