Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Current NY SLP license NY Teaching Certificate (TSSH or TSSLD) Medicaid/OPRA number and NPI number Experience with school-based SLP services (CCC or CFY) Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Deliver speech-language therapy services to students ages 3-21 Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff Develop and implement IEP goals and objectives Maintain accurate documentation for compliance and Medicaid billing Participate in team meetings and professional development
