Qualifications & Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates welcome Prior experience providing speech therapy in K-12 school settings is highly desirable Knowledgeable in developing IEPs and participating in multi-disciplinary teams Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong ability to engage with students, educators, and families
Responsibilities:
Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students across grade levels Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with IEP goals Provide direct and consultative therapy services in classroom and small group settings Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student progress Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, student progress, and compliance records Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning Stay informed about best practices and evidence-based strategies in speech therapy Experience a role that allows you to make a tangible difference in students academic and social success.
