Qualifications & Certifications:

Current NY State Speech Language Pathologist license TSSLD certification required Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Previous experience in a school-based setting, especially with 3rd grade students, is a plus Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to 3rd grade students Develop, implement, and update IEP goals and treatment plans Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to promote student success Conduct assessments, progress monitoring, and ongoing data collection Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions
