Job Description

Step into a fulfilling opportunity as a Speech Language Pathologist supporting K-12 students in a dynamic educational environment near Richmondville, NY. This onsite contract role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference every day while growing your professional skills in a collaborative setting. In this position, youll work a steady 40-hour week, providing essential evaluation and direct therapy services, as well as consultative support, tailored to the diverse needs of your student caseload. Youll have the opportunity to deliver impactful interventions that support student learning, communication, and growth across all grade levels.
Qualifications:
Valid New York State Speech Language Pathologist license ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility Experience or interest in school-based SLP services Solid understanding of speech and language disorders in children and adolescents Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Commitment to collaborative, student-centered care
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized plans for students (K-12) Deliver direct therapy services and monitor student progress Provide consultative recommendations and collaborate with educators and families Maintain accurate records and uphold all compliance standards Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success teams Engage in ongoing professional development and support positive school culture Enjoy competitive weekly compensation as well as a robust benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan to support your long-term goals.
