Job Description

Category Therapy - Skilled - SLP Job Type Contract Bring your passion for speech-language pathology to a supportive educational setting working with kindergarten through sixth graders, ages 5 to 12. This full-time contract role offers you the opportunity to impact students' communication skills in a K-6 building, working near Seneca Falls, NY. With a manageable caseload of 25-30 students, you'll have the resources and collaboration needed to thrive, whether you are an experienced SLP or a Clinical Fellow (CFY). What's required for success: Hold a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology Active or eligible for ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or in your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Valid license or the ability to obtain state licensure as required School-based experience is preferred, but not required Strong communication and organizational skills Dedication to providing individualized, evidence-based therapy Your responsibilities will include: Delivering direct speech-language therapy to students in grades K-6 Administering assessments and documenting progress Participating in IEP meetings, collaborating with teachers, families, and other professionals Developing individualized goals and treatment plans Providing consultation and guidance to teachers and support staff Maintaining detailed records in compliance with school and state requirements What you'll enjoy: Experience professional respect and mentorship as part of a collaborative team. Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:15 AM - 3:30 PM, for a total of 36.25 hours per week, allowing for excellent work-life balance.
