Job Description

Job Overview Help Build Something Meaningful Evergreen Counseling is a growing multidisciplinary private practice dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for children, adolescents, and adults. We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team as an independent contractor (1099) to provide speech and language services while collaborating with therapists, autism evaluators, and other professionals in a supportive environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP who values flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to help shape a growing practice.

Responsibilities:
Conduct speech and language evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults Develop individualized treatment plans Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy Collaborate with therapists and other providers to coordinate care Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Communicate with families, schools, physicians, and other professionals as appropriate Participate in occasional team meetings and case consultation Preferred Areas of Experience Experience in one or more of the following is preferred: Autism Spectrum Disorder Social communication Pragmatic language Articulation and phonological disorders Language delays Executive functioning and communication Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) Feeding and oral motor disorders (optional but welcomed)
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Ohio Speech-Language Pathology License Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CFs may be considered depending on supervision availability) National Provider Identifier (NPI) Professional liability insurance Strong communication and documentation skills Passion for collaborative, family-centered care
Pay:
$40.00 - $65.00 per hour
