Desired Qualifications:

Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Ohio (OH SLP license required) Strong background working in school settings, particularly with children or adolescents Experience supporting heavy ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) caseloads preferred Ability to adapt communication strategies and intervention techniques for individualized student needs Effective teamwork and collaboration skills with other professionals and families Excellent documentation and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver speech and language therapy to students with ASD in accordance with their IEPs Assess, develop, and monitor progress on individualized goals Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, therapists, and support staff Provide guidance and education to families and caregivers Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all services provided Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise for student planning This is a unique chance to support a dedicated ASD caseload at an innovative autism center, with professional growth opportunities and the chance to positively impact students communication skills.
