Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Experience working with pediatric or school-based populations Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and best practices for remote service delivery Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs Deliver speech therapy services both in-person and via teletherapy, as required Monitor, document, and report on student progress toward IEP goals Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, counselors, and parents Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support strategies This role is ideal for SLPs who thrive in dynamic environments—combining face-to-face and virtual support to enrich students' educational experiences.
