Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Active state SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure Prior experience in pediatric, early childhood, or elementary school settings strongly preferred Knowledge of best practices in assessment, intervention, and documentation for K12 students Ability to manage a varied caseload and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage students, families, and staff
Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication challenges Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in accordance with each student's IEP Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and families to foster language-rich environments and support student success Maintain thorough documentation, progress reports, and compliance records as required Provide guidance for teachers and parents to incorporate speech-language strategies in everyday activities Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a collaborative and inclusive school culture This role offers weekly earnings between $40 and $60 per hour, along with comprehensive healthcare coverage and a 401(k) plan featuring company matching.
