Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing outpatient team. The ideal candidate will evaluate, diagnose, and treat a diverse caseload of patients with communication, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders in a patient-centered clinical environment. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, and swallowing evaluations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals. Provide education and training to patients, caregivers, and family members. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and clinic standards. Collaborate closely with other therapy disciplines and medical professionals. Participate in team meetings and contribute to clinic growth and quality initiatives. Qualifications Master's Degree (or higher) in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Active State SLP License (or eligibility for licensure). Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA (CFs welcome to apply). Previous outpatient experience preferred but not required.
