Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active SLP-CCC credentials Previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a school environment Familiarity with IEP development and implementation Strong collaboration and communication abilities Able to work effectively with young elementary-aged children (K-5)

Responsibilities:

Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for students with speech and language challenges Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in concert with teachers and families Serve as a resource to staff and families regarding language, articulation, and social communication strategies Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and service delivery Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to address student needs holistically Foster an inclusive and supportive environment, ensuring each student has the opportunity to thrive
