Requirements:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid SLP license for Oklahoma (or eligibility to obtain) Prior experience in a school setting preferred Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt quickly to different environments and teams
Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for students with speech and language disorders Work collaboratively with educators, families, and support staff to develop IEPs and treatment plans Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and compliance documentation Participate in school meetings and contribute to the overall success of each student served Support students communication and learning goals through evidence-based interventions
