This full-time, contract opportunity allows you to support student growth, collaborate with passionate educators, and apply your clinical expertise in a school-centered environment near Coquille, OR. Desired Qualifications:
Valid Speech Language Pathologist license (SLP-CCC) or eligibility for appropriate state credentialing Strong clinical skills in assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children Experience developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Proficient in collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families for holistic student support Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Adaptable, resourceful, and dedicated to student progress throughout the school year
What You'll Do:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and ongoing assessments to identify student needs Design, implement, and document evidence-based therapy interventions Develop IEP goals and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings Provide direct speech and language therapy, both individually and in groups Offer consultative support to educators and families, sharing strategies for student success Maintain thorough, compliant case documentation
