Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow - Lebanon, Oregon

Job Description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a full-time position working closely with elementary-aged children developing critical communication and language skills in a supportive educational environment near Lebanon, OR. Ideal candidates will possess enthusiasm for making an impact in pediatric speech therapy within the school setting. Whether holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or seeking their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), your expertise and commitment will drive success for students and teams alike.
Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current or eligible SLP license for the state. CCC or CFY candidates welcome. Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is a plus. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills. Dedication to creating individualized treatment plans and tracking student progress.
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver a full range of speech-language services to elementary students. Assess, diagnose, and treat disorders related to articulation, language, fluency, and voice. Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain documentation in compliance with standards. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure student success. Participate in meetings and professional development opportunities, fostering continued growth. Offer consultation, resources, and support to educators and families.
