Key Qualifications & Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field Current or eligibility for state licensure and relevant certifications Experience with pediatric, early childhood, or elementary populations Proficiency in assessment, diagnostics, and development of individualized education plans (IEPs) Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to adapt therapy strategies to a variety of student needs and grade levels Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred

Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy to students with a spectrum of speech, language, and communication needs Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Deliver individual and group therapy sessions with evidence-based practices Monitor student progress and maintain detailed records in compliance with school guidelines Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to foster student success Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team support and problem-solving
