Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Relevant state licensure required Proven experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare settings Strong understanding of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Exceptional communication and organizational skills Comfortable working collaboratively and independently to address student needs
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate students to identify speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment and therapy plans tailored to IEP goals Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services in both individual and group formats Regularly monitor progress, maintain thorough documentation, and adjust interventions as needed Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, faculty collaborations, and IEP development Guide and educate teachers, staff, and families on strategies for supporting student development Stay current with best practices in pediatric and educational speech-language services Step into a rewarding environment where your skills transform student lives on a daily basis.
