Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract role supporting elementary students' communication and language needs for the upcoming academic year! We are excited to offer three Speech-Language Pathologist positions, with opportunities available for both experienced professionals and recent graduates seeking Clinical Fellowship (CFY) supervision. This engaging opportunity involves working alongside a dedicated team in a school-based environment, helping young learners build essential speech and language skills. You will play a vital role in guiding a caseload of about 50 students, ensuring each child receives personalized attention and encouragement throughout the school year.

Qualifications and Preferred Background:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active state SLP license or eligibility upon start CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellow eligibility (supervision provided!) Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting is valued Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Enthusiasm for working with elementary-aged populations

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and develop intervention plans for students with varied speech and language needs Deliver direct and indirect services in both individual and small group formats Collaborate with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes Maintain thorough documentation for IEPs, progress reports, and treatment sessions Participate in eligibility meetings and contribute to educational planning Implement creative, evidence-based strategies to foster student engagement and achievement This full-time assignment spans the 2026-2027 school year (starting August 17th and ending June 11th), with a manageable caseload and plenty of support for professional growth.
