Help young children find their voices and build a strong foundation for success! Cross Country Education is seeking passionate Speech-Language Pathologists to support children across Marion, Polk, and Yamhill Counties, OR in developing the communication skills they need to learn, connect, and thrive during their earliest years. Position Overview Provide comprehensive speech-language services to children ages birth-5, supporting communication, language development, and participation across early childhood educational settings. Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies based on each child's communication needs, developmental level, and educational goals. Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support communication development and promote positive outcomes for children. Maintain accurate documentation, monitor progress, and communicate recommendations and child needs with the appropriate educational team. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Valid Oregon Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) License Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) (Highly Preferred) Fingerprint clearance required, including two sets of fingerprints for applicable K-12 school clearance requirements Why Join Cross Country Education?
Competitive Pay:
Earn $49.20 - $55.30 per hour , based on your experience and qualifications as a Speech Language Pathologist, with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses and incentives.
