Clover Therapy is a small, therapist-owned contracting company specializing in school-based services. We're seeking three dedicated SLP's or clinical fellows to join our supportive team and provide high-quality services to students in grades K-6th for the rest of the 2026-2027 school year.

Up to $80/hour based on experience

Schedule:

up to 37.5 hours per week (30 hours onsite, 7.5 hours flex)

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active or eligible PA SLP license or willing to obtain ASHA CCCs (or Clinical Fellow pursuing CCCs) School-based experience is a plus but not required Passion for working with children and collaborating with school teams Duties Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and communication abilities in patients. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments. Provide therapy sessions that focus on improving communication skills, including articulation, fluency, and language comprehension. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support the patient's development in various settings, including schools and clinics. Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance patient care and therapy outcomes. Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and families about speech-language disorders and effective strategies for improvement. Stay current with advancements in the field through continuous professional development.
