Job Description
Step into a rewarding opportunity providing speech-language therapy services to students across K-12 grade levels. This full-time, in-person contract role focuses on making a lasting difference for children and adolescents, supporting their development and helping them reach their full communication potential during the school year. Your expertise as an SLP (Speech-Language Pathologist) is needed to assess, diagnose, and provide intervention for students with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs. Whether you're a certified CCC-SLP or a Clinical Fellow (CF) seeking to gain valuable school-based experience, you'll work collaboratively with educators and families in a supportive environment.
Key Qualifications:
Valid SLP license in Pennsylvania CCC-SLP credential or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Experience or interest in working with pediatric and school-aged populations Ability to manage a K-12 caseload, tailoring interventions to individual student needs Strong collaboration and communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals Deliver direct therapy sessions to students in the K-12 setting Maintain accurate, up-to-date student records and documentation Consult regularly with teachers, support staff, and parents to optimize student outcomes Participate in IEP meetings, progress reviews, and professional development as required This contract position begins as soon as possible and continues through the end of the school year, offering an enriching professional experience.
