Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding opportunity as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist providing essential support in a vibrant school atmosphere. This full-time position runs from September 14, 2026, through approximately November 20, 2026, ensuring vital leave coverage for K-5th grade students. You'll have the chance to make a significant difference in the lives of children, helping them develop critical communication skills and supporting their educational journey. Your schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8am-3pm, giving you consistent daytime hours and a manageable caseload of around 55 students. The focus will be on performing speech evaluations, crafting impactful IEPs, and engaging with an energetic and supportive educational team.

Qualifications & Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Active state licensure and SLP certification required Prior school-based experience working with elementary-aged students is highly valued Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation standards Ability to administer and interpret speech evaluations Strong interpersonal skills with students, teachers, and families Organizational skills to manage caseload and required documentation

Key Responsibilities:
