Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Kennett Square, PA

Job Description

Hours span from 8:20am to 3:45pm, providing an excellent work-life balance while allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional care to students. The assignment begins on August 24th, offering the chance to start the school year alongside a dedicated team working collaboratively to support children's communication and learning needs.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Valid state license/certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status Previous experience in a school, pediatric, or healthcare setting highly valued Strong understanding of speech/language development in children Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders for elementary-aged students Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student success Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress Participate in case conferences, workshops, and professional development activities as required What's in It for
