Desired Experience & Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply Current Pennsylvania state licensure (or eligibility) Experience in school-based SLP roles, with knowledge of pediatric speech and language disorders Familiarity with IEP Writer preferred Ability to manage a varied caseload across elementary age groups Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver speech-language and communication therapy to K-5 students in person Assess, diagnose, and treat students with various speech, language, and communication challenges Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students' IEP goals Participate in IEP meetings and maintain thorough, timely documentation Travel between two elementary campuses (one day at each location per week) Mentor and support Clinical Fellows (CF) Why Consider This Role?
