Job Description

This full-time contract opportunity for the 2026-2027 school year focuses on supporting and empowering students, from early childhood through high school, as they develop critical communication skills. Whether you have a background in pediatric SLP, early childhood intervention, or elementary populations, your expertise and passion will be valued. Qualifications and Experience Desired:

Active and valid Speech-Language Pathologist license Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology Previous experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads Comfort supporting early childhood, elementary, and/or K-12 students Familiarity with a range of student communication needs, including moderate to profound Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt therapeutic strategies to each student's unique profile

Role Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families to support student progress Maintain timely and accurate documentation Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to holistic student support plans This position offers weekly compensation at a highly competitive hourly rate from $40 to $60, as well as comprehensive healthcare benefits, and a 401(k) plan with company matching.
