Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active SLP license in the state of Pennsylvania (or eligibility to obtain) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, open to strong CFY candidates Prior experience in a school setting is an advantage, but energetic new graduates will be considered Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, multidisciplinary teams, and families to maximize student progress Document services and maintain compliance with school and state guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and deliver therapy sessions in both individual and group formats
