Key Qualifications:
Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist license (or eligibility) CCC-SLP or clinical fellows (CFY) welcome to apply Experience or interest in school-based speech therapy, including teletherapy and onsite services Familiarity with K-12 student needs and IEP development Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech-language therapy to K-12 students onsite Conduct assessments to identify student needs and track progress Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff for holistic student support Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and compliance standards Participate in meetings, professional development, and interdisciplinary team planning What's in
