Located near Pottsville, PA, this full-time role offers the chance to work with students in grades K-4—all within a single building, allowing you to focus on one cohesive school community and foster strong relationships with both students and staff.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Active state licensure in speech-language pathology (or eligible) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status considered Prior experience in educational settings preferred, including work with elementary populations Strong foundation in pediatric speech, language, and communication disorders Excellent collaboration skills for working with teachers, families, and other specialists Commitment to evidence-based, compassionate care

Responsibilities:

Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy to K-4 students Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans Develop and update IEPs, maintain compliant documentation, and participate in meetings Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education teams, and families Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to address articulation, language, fluency, and social communication needs Monitor student progress, adapting interventions as needed to ensure success This position offers a consistent full-time Monday through Friday schedule for the duration of the entire school year, granting the stability to build meaningful connections with your caseload in one centralized school environment.
