Job Description

Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school-based team in Morton, Pennsylvania. We partner with school districts nationwide to connect exceptional education professionals with meaningful opportunities where they can make a lasting impact on students. About the Position We are seeking a skilled SLP to provide evaluation, therapy, consultation, and communication support to students while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Job Duties Evaluate students to identify speech and language needs Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals Provide direct speech and language therapy Complete assessments and progress reports Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers Implement evidence-based interventions Monitor student progress and adjust treatment strategies Recommend appropriate classroom accommodations Maintain accurate clinical documentation Requirements Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid Pennsylvania SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure Appropriate Pennsylvania Department of Education certification/credential for school-based practice Current
ASHA CCC-SLP
