Qualifications and Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting Enrollment in Rhode Island Medicare program (requirement for this role) Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work full time for the entire contract period Willingness to travel between sites as needed

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student progress Maintain accurate records and document services in compliance with school and district standards Provide support and resources to school staff and families regarding strategies and progress Participate in meetings, professional development, and multi-disciplinary teams This role provides a stable, fulfilling schedule and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with students and colleagues.
