Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a fulfilling opportunity as a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026/2027 school year in a supportive academic environment. This full-time, onsite contract role invites you to make a real difference in students' lives, collaborating alongside dedicated educators and professionals from day one.
Responsibilities include:
Assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in a diverse student population Creating and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs Working closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to monitor progress and adjust intervention strategies Maintaining thorough documentation and compliance with all federal and state regulations Providing direct therapy services and conducting group or individual intervention sessions Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and contributing expertise toward holistic student support Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid state licensure and/or eligibility as an SLP (CCC or CFY candidates encouraged to apply) Previous experience working in educational settings is a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with school teams and families Commitment to fostering inclusive, student-centered learning environments You'll enjoy a competitive pay range from $40 to $55 per hour and peace of mind with health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
