Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Embark on a rewarding full-time contract position as a Speech Language Pathologist supporting elementary students for the spring semester. This assignment runs from January through the end of the school year, covering a maternity leave, with the potential for renewal in the following academic year. Skills & Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or a closely related field Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Current South Carolina SLP license, or eligibility to obtain prior to start Active South Carolina educator's certification, or ability to secure before assignment Experience in school-based or pediatric SLP settings highly valued

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging, evidence-based speech and language therapy to elementary learners Complete comprehensive speech-language assessments and contribute to IEP team planning Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff for holistic student support Maintain timely and detailed documentation aligned with state and federal guidelines Foster inclusive communication strategies within the classroom setting
